Todd Jacob has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He builds a limited number of custom homes in the greater Seattle area each year. His commitment to remain a specialized builder enables him to focus his time on working closely with each homeowner. He personally oversees every detail as it is carefully planned and constructed by working together with our skilled architects, designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
 
He takes pride in each home he builds, working hard to create the homeowners vision and goals that showcase both their character and personality. His commitment to quality and standard of excellence is reflected in his hands-on management style and his long-term relationship with his subcontractors and suppliers. It isn’t unusual to see Todd working side-by-side on-site with his subcontractors. His standards are derived from his uncompromising work ethic developed from growing up on his family’s farm in Illinois. From the very beginning he has built a reputation based on hard work and exacting standards.
